I ordered 3 items. 1 Hen and 2 gnomes. I received the hen and 1 gnome. They are adorable. Unfortunately the paperwork said they shipped both gnomes. I ordered these in October in plenty of time for Christmas. I started contacting by email Nov 10th that they miss shipped. Still nothing has been resolved. I was looking forward to ordering in the future, I'd rethink that at this point. Super disappointed in their customer service

I love the product, however, I received one package that was empty, the next day I received another package with 1 bundle of gnomes. I paid for two bundles. I have sent several emails and a video of the two packages and have not heard a response of when the second bundle will be shipped or arrive at my house. Really like my gnome, but the month it took to get it was not good. The site said 5 to 15 days to ship, after 3 weeks with no word I sent a email asking about it. Two days later I received email that it was shipping that day. Sorry but a customer shouldn’t have to wait or email you what’s going on with a order.
