Nice craftsmanship with very detailed details. The only negative is I wished they had shipped it in something other than a bubble envelope. It arrived with a minor bend but was able to straighten it out. Just needs more support in package. Otherwise, very happy with purchase.

Beautiful! The sign arrived well packaged with no damage. No errors in wording either. I love it!
My only negative comment is in regards to the website. I wish the entire customization changes wouldn’t refresh when placing “back” on the website. We wanted to add a symbol and clicked “back” without realizing that the “wolf” image changed to a deer… our name means “village wolf” so the wolf was the entire reason we wanted the sign. It’s disappointing, but it is our mistake for not checking before submitting payment.
However, hopefully this is something that could be changed on the website to avoid anyone making similar mistakes. It’s not what I wanted, but it is still beautiful and well made.

Although the artwork was great and the material was of great quality, we never received the magnetic hanging hardware kit. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times but I still have not received the hardware kit that we paid for. We even gave the employees a tip and they can't even return phone calls or emails so that I can get what we paid for or at least a refund. Very, very upset about this purchase.
